PinchPath is designed to allow Parents, Educators, and Clinicians to track handwriting and visual-motor progress. To achieve this, the app collects:

• Profile Information: A child's first name (or custom identifier/initials) and age.
• Performance Data: Game scores, path-tracing accuracy metrics, and visual perceptual skill progression.

Crucial Privacy Safeguard: All profile information and clinical progress data are stored entirely locally on your iPad device. This data is never transmitted to our servers, is never synchronized across an unencrypted cloud, and is never shared with third parties.

2. Data Privacy for Children

Because our app is used by children, we comply strictly with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and standard global guidelines:

• We do not collect any personal identity documentation or locations.
• We do not track children across third-party websites or services.
• Adult account management features and login settings are securely protected behind a Parental Gate to prevent accidental access by children.

3. Website Information (Landing Page)

If you choose to submit your email address on our website waitlist form, your email is stored securely solely to notify you about the App Store launch updates. We will never sell, rent, or spam your email address.

4. Diagnostic Logs and App Stability

To fix technical issues and optimize performance, the app may collect anonymous diagnostic files and crash logs during runtime. This data does not contain any personal identifier or child-specific tracking information.
